Advance registration category means that the registration fee has to be arrived before June 30, 2004. A limited number of registrations at a reduced fee would be available only for attendees from developing countries. To apply for it participants should contact Prof. Imre J. Rudas by e-mail (rudas@bmf.hu).
Please note, that there is no more advance registration category, since we are over June 30.

General Conditions
The registration fee covers the expenses of the IEEE double column format paper up to 6 pages on a CD Proceedings, the conference kit, name badge, lunches during the conference, an invitation for one person to all social programs, ie. Welcome Party, Banquet and the coffee breaks during the three days of the conference.
The accompanying registration fee covers the expenses of the lunches during the conference, an invitation for one person to all social programs, ie. Welcome Party, Banquet and the coffee breaks during the three days of the conference.

For including any paper in the proceedings it is necessary for at least one co-author to be registered and the registration fee paid in advance, before June 30, 2004. The author's second paper costs EUR 20/page.

Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation regarding registration fee is possible in written form received no later than August 10, 2004. In this case 90% of the received sum will be transferred back. No reimbursement is possible after this deadline. Cancellation regarding hotel reservation through conference reservation is possible in written form received no later than August 10, 2004. In this case 50% of the received sum will be transferred back. No reimbursement is possible after this deadline.
